• Hardy Kang (VP, Sales)

  Hardy Kang joined Bibby Financial Services as a broker in 2007 and then acquired a position with the company as a Business Development Manager in early 2008. Having completed his schooling in the U.K. with a focus on business administration, Hardy worked in sales for a UK based distribution company. After moving to Canada with the same company, he had the opportunity to focus on the sales of Mitsubishi accessories throughout North America. In 2001, Hardy left the distribution industry to start his own business, Ace Plastics Blow Moulding Inc., which manufactured pharmaceutical packaging products. In 2006, Hardy sold his company to pursue a career in the financial sector and combine his expertise in sales, marketing, and international business.

• Jennifer McMullan (VP, Sales)

  Jennifer McMullan joins Bibby Financial Services with a specialized Commerce Degree in Finance and International Business, and almost seven years of experience in the financial services industry. Jennifer started her career with HSBC Bank Canada as a Commercial Account Manager and was responsible for supervising middle market commercial clients in Ottawa, Kingston, and New York City. She then joined Export Development Canada (EDC), on the contract insurance and bonding team, where she gained extensive knowledge analyzing international contracts and letters of credit. Her most recent role with EDC was as an Account Manager which led her to focus on providing working capital solutions to medium to large companies based in the Greater Toronto Area.
