• Donald Brown (Business Development Officer)

  Donald Brown joined Bibby Financial Services (BFS) Southwest team headquartered in Dallas, Texas, in September 2007, working then and now with companies that are unable to obtain adequate credit facilities in the traditional banking environment.  Donald specialized in funding the temporary staffing industry throughout the U.S. for 10 years prior to joining Bibby and continues to serve that marketplace with a funds only or optional full service facility through one of Bibby’s dedicated divisions, Bibby Staffing Finance. 
  
  Additionally, now with a more diverse product portfolio, Donald serves a broad range of industries with receivables finance, purchase order funding and export factoring, both domestically and internationally.  In May 2008, he participated in the grand opening of the new BFS Client Service and Sales Center in his hometown of Houston, Texas.  Donald graduated from Baylor University in 1989 and was previously employed by Evergreen Funding and Wells Fargo Business Credit.

• Liz Castillo (Business Development Officer)

  Liz Castillo joined Bibby Financial Services Southwest in 2007. Ms. Castillo brings over thirteen years of accounting and executive experience in corporate finance, business development and professional sales. Liz is fluent in both English and Spanish. Prior to joining the Bibby Financial team, Ms. Castillo was the Houston Loan Officer for ACCION Texas, the largest small business lender in the United States. This marked her entrance into the full-time realm of financial and business consulting specializing in entrepreneurship, microfinance and economic development. Liz is a high-energy individual who is committed to providing unparalleled customer service and maintaining exceptional client relationships. Liz firmly believes that “nothing is beyond your reach.” Ms. Castillo is a native of Texas and currently resides with her family in Houston, Texas.
