Mark Dubs (VP, Sales and Marketing)
Prior to joining Bibby Financial Services, Mark Dubs worked for Sterling Resource Funding Group as a VP of Sales. His goals while at Sterling were to assist Staffing Agencies in receiving Funding to meet their payroll each week. In addition, Mark provided a suite of full back office services to help them grow significantly and achieve their financial goals. He took a great deal of pride in forming close bonds with the clients he had the fortune of working with. As a result of working together, Mark was able to see companies triple in size over a twelve month period. His desire to provide funding solutions to companies along with closely working together is what brought him to BFS. Mark is now able to broaden his horizons and work with almost any industry out there, anywhere in the world. He is extremely passionate about the role BFS plays today, and will certainly play going forward, as we enter an economy that will be quite challenging. Allowing business owners to run their business as they choose is why BFS is an exceptional company to work with. Mark looks forward to representing Bibby Financial Services and doing all he can to develop strong relationships and watch the companies he works with thrive.
Matt DiGianni (VP, Sales and Marketing)
Matthew DiGianni has over 10 years of experience working in the financial services/accounts receivable financing industries. Matthew joined Bibby Financial Services (Midwest), Inc. as Vice President of Sales & Marketing in January, 2008 and focuses his efforts in establishing new relationships in the Northeast. Matt is a member of several associations including the CFA, TMA, ACG and various Chambers of Commerce in the New York Metropolitan area.
