Stewart Chesters
Chief Executive Officer
Stewart has been with Bibby Financial Services for 7 years. He was previously director of a business that used receivables funding, and also worked in local government helping commercialize agencies. Prior to his promotion to Chief Executive of Bibby Financial Services North America he served as Group Chief Operating Officer.
Stewart has an MBA from Aston University, Birmingham, UK. -
Ernie Jaseckas
Chief Financial Officer
Ernie joined Bibby in 2004, serving as Controller of the Bibby Financial Services (Midwest), Inc. office based in Downers Grove, IL, before being promoted to CFO for the North American offices in 2005.
Ernie is a Certified Public Accountant with a Graduate Degree - Masters in Business Administration from Northern Illinois University and an Undergraduate Degree - Accounting, from Benedictine University. -
Leigh Lones
Risk Director
Leigh joined Bibby in December of 2006. She has over 22 years of experience in the banking and asset based lending industries, gaining her experience with Bank South, Citicorp, Congress Financial and Citizens Business Capital, the latter being part of the Royal Bank of Scotland plc where she was a Senior Portfolio Manager.
Leigh has a degree in Finance from the University of Tennessee. -
Robert Sawyer
SVP, Director of Strategic Partnerships
Robert (Bob) joined Bibby Financial Services after more than 25 years in the Commercial Finance business managing in such regimens as Inventory Finance, ABL Lending, Leasing and most recently Factoring. His career has included roles in Branch and Regional Management and Marketing and Sales Management. The past nine years prior to joining Bibby Financial were spent with Riviera Finance in ABL, Leasing and Factoring.
Bob is a member of the CFA, TMA, CFCC, ACG and acted as an Advisory Board Member of the IFA. When not on an airplane, he is an active officer with the South Bay Bruins (UCLA Alumni Association), South Bay Fly Fishers, and on the Board of Junipero Serra High School. -
Brenda Perkovich
Director of Organizational and Personal Development
Brenda joined the Bibby Financial team in December 2005 and has held a variety of positions of increased responsibility including her current role as Director of Organizational and Personal Development. Her background includes significant management experience as Corporate Secretary, VP of Operations and Director of Consumer Affairs with multi-national companies.
Brenda holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Social Sciences from Illinois State University. -
Wade Anderson
North America IT Manager, BFS Holdings
Wade has been in the Information Technology field since 1989. He joined Bibby Financial Services in April of 2005.
He received an Associates Degree in Accounting before moving onto the Information Technology field. Wade has specialized skills in programming, networking, computer hardware as well as telephony.

Jennie Wills
VP, Marketing
Jennie joined Bibby Financial Services in June, 2005 as a Midwest Team member supporting the sales staff, and then transferring to Holdings in a marketing capacity in June 2006. Jennie currently manages the marketing department for BFS North America.
Her focus is to drive key marketing initiatives across the Bibby brand, working collaboratively with our Sales and Operations teams, to ensure and measure effective execution and company success.
